5. Appointments & communication

You may use this website to request appointments and contact the office. Requests submitted through the website are not confirmed until our office contacts you to schedule a specific time. Please do not send urgent or emergency communications through the website — call us directly at (831) 637-1675.

For dental emergencies during business hours, call us. For life-threatening emergencies (severe bleeding, swelling affecting breathing, head trauma), call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

6. Patient responsibilities

When you become a patient of Tim Rauch DDS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical, dental, and insurance information
• Update us promptly if your information changes
• Pay for services rendered according to our financial policy and your insurance plan
• Give reasonable notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling (typically 24-48 hours)
• Follow treatment recommendations and post-treatment instructions

7. Financial policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA funds, CareCredit, and most major insurance plans.

For larger treatments, in-house payment plans may be available — see our financing page or speak with our office. Insurance is filed as a courtesy; you remain responsible for any balance not covered by your insurance.

A fee may be charged for appointments missed without sufficient notice. Outstanding balances over 60 days may be referred to collections.

The content on this website — including text, photography, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of Tim Rauch DDS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
