Straight teeth, without the metal.

Clear aligners, no metal. Worn for about a year, taken out to eat, swapped every two weeks. You end up with straight teeth without showing the work — for adults and teens who want the result without the look of traditional braces.

Who this is for

If any of this is you —

The most common reasons adults and teens choose Invisalign over traditional braces.

i.

You're a professional who can't have metal.

You're in meetings, presentations, photos. You want straighter teeth without showing up to work for two years looking thirteen. Invisalign is invisible enough that most people won't notice.

ii.

You're a parent of a teen.

Studies show most teens feel metal braces affect how they fit in. Invisalign Teen is designed for growing mouths — comfort, compliance indicators, and replacement aligners built in.

iii.

You have a wedding, photo shoot, or big event coming.

Invisalign lets you pop the aligners out for the event and back in the next day. No "permanent" decisions for one weekend.

iv.

You don't want food restrictions.

Coffee, popcorn, apples, steak, gum, corn on the cob — all fine with Invisalign because you take the aligners out to eat. Metal braces don't give you that.

Patient smiling with confidence after orthodontic treatment in Hollister
The reveal

You'll see the end first — before you commit.

The Invisalign 3D preview is the part most patients don't expect. Before you say yes, before we order a single tray, we'll show you a digital animation of exactly where your teeth start and exactly where they finish.

You make the call with the outcome already on the screen. Not a guess. Not a hope. An actual rendered preview of the smile we're going to build together.

How it works

Designed in 3D, then worn for about a year.

Invisalign starts with a digital scan — no goopy molds. We map your current bite, plan the precise sequence of moves, and you'll actually see a preview of what your teeth will look like at the end before you commit.

From there, we order a set of clear plastic aligners — one for each step in the plan. You wear each set for one to two weeks, then swap to the next. Each one moves your teeth a tiny bit closer to the final position.

You wear them 20 to 22 hours per day. Take them out for meals, drinks (other than water), and to brush. That's it. Most patients describe them as significantly less intrusive than they expected.

We manage your case alongside your regular dental care. Most patients see us every 6–8 weeks during treatment for a quick check-in. No separate orthodontist office, no extra commute, no double-billing.

How it works

Six steps, start to finish.

Here's what to expect from your first consult to the final result.

i.

Consultation & 3D scan.

We talk about your goals, scan your teeth digitally, and show you a preview of the expected outcome. No pressure, no obligation — usually under an hour.

ii.

Treatment plan & aligner order.

If you decide to proceed, we send your case to Invisalign's lab. Your custom aligner sets arrive in 2–4 weeks.

iii.

First fitting.

We fit your first set, walk you through how to wear and clean them, and answer everything. You start that day.

iv.

Progress through the trays.

You swap to the next set every 1–2 weeks. We see you every 6–8 weeks to confirm progress and hand you the next batch.

v.

Final reveal.

When the last aligner has done its work, your teeth are in the planned position. We polish, clean, and you wear a retainer to lock it in.

vi.

Retainer for life.

To keep your new smile in place, you'll wear a retainer at night — indefinitely. We provide a clear one that's essentially a final Invisalign tray.

Frequently asked

Invisalign, answered.

The most common questions we hear at the first consultation.

How long does Invisalign take?

Most adult cases run 12 to 18 months. Minor corrections can finish in 6 months; more complex cases can take 24 months.

We give you an exact estimate at your consult based on your specific case — and the 3D scan lets us preview the end result before you commit.

How much does Invisalign cost in Hollister?

Most cases run $3,500 to $7,500 depending on complexity and length of treatment.

We offer in-house financing and work with most insurance plans that include orthodontic coverage.

Can I eat with Invisalign in?

No — you remove the aligners to eat and drink anything other than water. That's actually one of the biggest advantages over metal braces: no food restrictions whatsoever.

How often do I need to wear my aligners?

20 to 22 hours per day. You take them out to eat and brush — that's it. Wearing them less means treatment takes longer; consistency is the variable that determines whether you finish on schedule.

Does insurance cover Invisalign?

Many dental plans with orthodontic coverage will cover Invisalign at the same percentage as traditional braces. We verify your benefits before treatment begins so you have a clear picture.

Will it hurt?

The first day or two of each new tray usually feels tight or mildly sore — that's the aligner doing its job. The discomfort fades within 48 hours as your teeth shift. Most patients describe it as significantly less painful than traditional braces.

What if I lose an aligner?

Call us. We'll either advance you to the next set in your sequence or order a replacement, depending on where you are in treatment. Don't go without — even a few days off-track can compound.
