Financing · Payment Plans · Insurance

You shouldn't have to skip care because of what it costs.

We work with most major insurance providers, offer in-house monthly payment plans for larger cases, and partner with CareCredit for longer-term financing. The point: money shouldn't be the reason you walk away from the work you need.

Your options

Four ways to pay for care.

Most patients use a mix — insurance for what's covered, then one of the financing options below for the rest. We design the plan with you.

— Option i.

Dental Insurance

We are an out-of-network provider with most major insurers — which means you can still use your benefits. We file claims as a courtesy, your insurer reimburses you directly or pays us a portion, and we'll help you understand exactly what your plan covers before treatment begins.

Plans we commonly work with:

Delta Dental MetLife Aetna United Concordia Cigna Guardian Blue Shield Principal Anthem + many moreregional & national

— Option ii.

In-House Monthly Plans

For treatments over $1,000 — implants, full-mouth restorations, orthodontics — we'll split the cost into monthly payments that work for your budget.

  • No credit application or third-party
  • Custom payment schedule we agree on together
  • Usually 6 to 18 months, depending on case size
  • No hidden fees or interest charges

We discuss the plan with you before any treatment begins.

— Option iii.

CareCredit Financing

For longer-term or larger financing needs, we partner with CareCredit — a healthcare-specific credit line with promotional 0% interest periods (6, 12, or 24 months) for qualified applicants.

  • Apply in 5 minutes online — instant decision
  • 0% interest if paid in full within promotional period
  • Standard interest applies after the promo period ends
  • Use it across multiple visits or family members

We'll help you apply at your consultation if you'd like.

— Option iv.

Cherry Financing

Cherry is a patient financing platform designed specifically for healthcare. Quick approval, flexible terms, and a simple application that takes under two minutes.

  • Apply online or in-office — instant decision
  • Multiple repayment term options (3, 6, 12, 24 months)

No-pressure conversations

The money talk happens before the treatment — not in the middle of it.

Before any work begins, you walk out with a written plan and a number. Insurance reconciled. Phasing options on the table. The financing conversation handled like a planning session — not a sales pitch.

If the answer needs to be "not yet," we'd rather have that conversation now than have you walk out mid-treatment because the bill caught you off guard.

Our approach

You always see the cost before treatment.

This is the most important part. Before any work begins, you'll have a written treatment plan that lists every procedure, the exact cost of each, what your insurance will likely cover, and what you'll be responsible for.

If you're working with a budget, we'll show you how to phase the care — what's urgent, what can wait, what you can do over a couple of visits to spread cost. We'd rather see you get the right work done over a few months than see you walk away because the lump sum was too much.

If you have insurance, we verify your benefits before your visit so you know what's covered. If you don't, we'll be upfront about pricing and show you options that fit. The money conversation happens at the consult — not after treatment's already started.

Common questions

About financing, briefly.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept and bill most major dental insurance plans — Delta, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, United Concordia, Blue Shield, Guardian, Principal, and many others.

If you're unsure, call us with your insurance information and we'll verify your benefits — usually within minutes — before your appointment.

What financing options do you offer?

We offer in-house monthly payment plans for treatments over $1,000 (custom schedule, no third-party), and we partner with CareCredit for longer-term financing with promotional 0% interest options.

We also accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA, cash, and check.

Can I split my treatment over multiple payments?

Yes. For larger cases — implants, full-mouth restorations, smile makeovers — we'll structure payments so you can budget around the work.

We discuss the plan with you up front, before any treatment begins, so there are no surprises mid-treatment.

What if I don't have insurance?

Many of our patients don't. We offer:

— Cash discounts for paid-in-full treatments
— In-house monthly payment plans
— CareCredit financing for larger cases

Don't let lack of insurance keep you from getting the care you need. Call us and we'll work out a plan that fits.

Will you give me a written estimate before treatment?

Always. You'll have a written treatment plan listing every procedure, the cost of each, what insurance will likely cover, and what you'll owe.

If we discover something during treatment that wasn't in the original plan, we stop, talk to you, and only proceed with your agreement.

What's covered by insurance vs. not?

Most insurance plans cover routine preventive care (cleanings, exams, x-rays) at or near 100%, basic restorative work (fillings, simple extractions) at 70–80%, and major work (crowns, root canals, implants, ortho) at 50% — up to your annual maximum.

Your specific plan varies. We verify before treatment so you know exactly what to expect.

Don't let cost be the reason.

The treatment plan and the financing plan get built together. Schedule a consult, and we'll show you what's possible — and how to pay for it.
